An interesting copy of the Malleus Maleficarum has come up for sale on eBay. It’s not a very rare edition, but it might of interest to collectors. According to the seller;
“The first edition was printed in 1928, and a 1948 edition was printed in two column format. This is a reprint of the 1948 edition. The dust jacket shows edge wear but it has kept the book beneath it in like new condition. 278 very clean and like new solidly bound pages. A brief description: ‘A study of witchcraft in Elizabethan and Stewart England, Renaissance France and Italy and the Catholic reaction to it.’”
